About This Project
This project highlights my work developing and delivering my Burnout to Breakthrough workshops for universities in response to the post-pandemic rise in stress and uncertainty among professionals and students alike.
As institutions faced continuous change, many faculty and staff struggled with burnout, affecting both well-being and performance. I partnered with multiple universities and departments to create a fun, engaging workshop that introduces participants to the key signs and symptoms of burnout. Using interactive activities and practical strategies, the session empowered professionals to take the first steps toward prevention or burnout recovery, equipping them with actionable tools to navigate workplace stress and promote their health and happiness.

Objective: Create an empowering workshop that helps participants navigate heavy and often complex emotions around stress, exhaustion, and burnout.
The Problem to Solve: Many members of the university community found themselves overwhelmed by stress and burnout while navigating the post-pandemic landscape. The rapid and continuous changes in both their personal and professional lives led to heightened anxiety, exhaustion, and overall dissatisfaction. This workshop aims to guide and empower participants in defining what a healthy, balanced life looks like for them. Through engaging activities and emotional wellness tools, attendees learn practical strategies to enhance focus, boost energy, and cultivate long-term emotional well-being.
